Made some modifications to my car over the weekend. Replaced the air filter with a Green Twister and added a CAI to "improve" the performance of the car. More like pose factor. How when I rev my car, it makes a loud induction noise. Sweet!

Today whole building had a fire drill. Had to file downstairs when the fire alarms went off. Total waste fo time in my opinion but guesss its a safety thing.

Incidentally, this is my 5th year in my company but the first fire drill I have attended. Siam all the way haha.

Technology

Was out for lunch with my colleagues yesterday to a nearby coffeeshop. We have not been there for a while. Was surprised to see the drinks uncle wearing a bluetooth headset. He obviously had a bluetooth enabled phone.

Wonder why he needed it. Taking orders over the phone maybe - high tech.... haha

Had buffet on Saturday, was raining really heavy on my way there though, it was pouring so hard that you could hardly see in front of yourself. Anyhow, had a great lunch with relatives. Food was definitely good a must visit. Here is a motar and pestal with a huge load of chilli in it. YUMMY!

The new National Library is HUGE. It has 15 stories in total, 3 of which are underground. Kinda felt a little lost in it. The last tiem I went to a library was in my uni days and even then, it was to sleep ahha. this place is really spacious, really wonder why they waste so much space though. Bookshelves are too spaced out. But there are plenty of chairs and sofas to rest.

The picture is of the Lee Kong Chian Library. Check out the interesting colours. High ceiling and at a ptetty high level I might add. Wonder how's the view in the day.

Was at the Jubilee Hall at Raffles Hotel to watch a medical musical. Christine was acting in it and we were all there to support her. Musical started at 2.30pm and ended at almost 6. Longest musical I've ever been to. I must say it was a tad too long for me. I've got a short attention span. I really liked the opening scene though. Well done Christine, all that hard work paid off huh.
